Why did we change our name?

Earlier this year, the ownership of Bostonia Global Securities reorganized and our team expanded to include the William Blair Commercial Real Estate Finance Team.

Waterway Capital LLC will continue to serve our valued clients from our Boston headquarters and newly expanded Chicago and New York offices. As pioneers in the lease-backed securities industry, we are proud of our leadership position and look forward to continuing to innovate and grow with you.

Waterway Family Funds has closed on its acquisition of 8 & 10 Wright Street, a Class A office complex in Westport, Connecticut. Currently over 90 percent leased, 8 & 10 Wright Street consists of two office buildings totaling 83,964 square feet. The property features unmatched views of the Saugatuck River and is within a five-minute walk of the high-end retail and dining options in downtown Westport.
